Restaurant, Café Lounge & Bars

Our Café Lounge is open from 9am serving delicious barista coffee & other hot drinks. We also have a selection of fresh cakes and baked treats every day, or why not book in for a traditional Afternoon Tea for Two? From midday Monday - Saturday we serve a variety of lunch options, including homemade soup, jacket potatoes, wraps & paninis. Our main Restaurant opens from 5.30pm -9pm most days and 12noon-6pm on Sundays. Our Menu changes every week and we try to use local and seasonal produce wherever possible. We are proud to support local and our main suppliers are:

Butchers Hook - A local high quality butcher, offering the best of local meats.

Carrolls Green Grocers - For all of our Fruit & Veg (They also do amazing flowers).

Frenchs Fish - Our local Fishmonger in Battle, always fresh & delicious.

Northiam Dairy - Our local, small independant Dairy Farm - 'Proper Milk from Happy Cows!". 

Battle Brewery - Locally brewed beers right on our doorstep. 

Carr Taylor Wines - Just one of our fabulous local vineyards.

Every Friday and Saturday evening we offer a free delivery service to your door! Please see our NEW menu below and call 01424 776923 to order, or you can book a table by clicking the link below.


Opening hours

  • Monday - Saturday:

    The Café Lounge & Bar are open from 9am, with homemade cakes, coffees & hot drinks.  Lunches are served between 12noon-2.30pm and the Restaurant opens between 5.30pm - 9pm - BUT NOT ON A WEDNESDAY. Wednesdays there is no Restaurant service. 

  • Sunday:

    The Café Lounge & Bar is open between 9am - 10pm and the Restaurant is serving roast carvery lunch from 12 noon until 6pm. 

We can deliver to your lodge or caravan FREE of charge every Friday and Saturday evening, between 5.30pm - 8.30pm.
